Wavoto Back Office Setup Packages

Now that you have your gorgeous new website, let me set up your Wavoto Back Office for you. It will be running smoothly so you can concentrate on the parts of your business you love; knowing that all the mundane parts are being handled by your business platform automatically.

There are two packages available; the FULL BACK OFFICE SET UP and the MINI BACK OFFICE SETUP. Please see the second picture for a side by side comparison of what is included in each package.

If one of the pre-made packages doesn't work for you I am happy to create a CUSTOM BACK OFFICE SETUP package just for you! You can start with just one of the options below or you can add as many as you need. To start a custom package, please reach out to me directly at crystal@sequoiasoul.com.

OPTIONS DETAILS:
  • 1-2 private planning session/s with Crystal - set up all the details for your project, including gathering details, creating tags for autoresponders and newsletters, etc.

  • Transfer your existing contacts and tags - I will clean them up and make sure they make sense with the campaigns you have/will have.

  •  Store/Products - You will need to provide product names and descriptions, photos, shipping info and/or downloadable file, pricing information, variations, etc. I will set up all the variations with their correct rules and prices. I will also write descriptions for you if needed.
    • Includes up to 6 products

  • Branded newsletters and autoresponders to direct customers to the next step or provide valuable information; also an email template to use in your own email provider for times you need to send an email to one recipient. 
    • These will include branded newsletter header and footer, and other elements such as frames or dividers, etc if you want them.
    • Includes up to 6 of each newsletters/autoresponders with 1 to 2 steps.

  • Course/s Implementation - I can do the initial set up and you can add all the content later, or if it's all ready you can send me all the content and I can set the whole thing up.
    •  Includes up to 30 lessons

  • Events Calendar Scheduling - Let me know what events are coming up and the details for each one and I will set that up for you, complete with registration and notifications. - Includes the creation of the Events page if that has not been done yet.
    • Includes up to 6 events

  • Appointment Scheduling Calendar - Connect to your Google Calendar so your visitors can schedule appointment directly on your website! Includes the creation of the Scheduling page if that has not been done yet, as well as the products needed to schedule appointments.

  • Transfer and edit your existing blog posts - Sometimes the blog wont transfer over with the exact formatting as it was on your original blog so the individual posts will need to be edited to look nice again; as well as to be updated with your new brand settings if necessary.
    • Includes editing up to 12 blogs so the ones which show on your main blog page will be consistent.

  • Membership Access - Create logins, including required questions if needed, for accessing your member's only pages.

  • 1 Live final review session to go over everything after the processes are set up and approved before they are ready to launch
