Need design work to match your brand?

We offer superb design skills to help you complete any graphic design project you may need.  Our design rate is $90/hour ($70/hour for existing private clients.)



choose between:
  • Social Media Graphic Design- you need FB, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, etc covers or ad graphics

  • Flyer Graphic Design- you need a page designed you can print or distribute online to advertise or send out to people

  • Special Design Project- you need a workbook, ebook, PowerPoint, or anything else which does not fit the scope of the other two options.


process:
  • Fill out design brief- Read the rest of this info and then click the link below to fill out the correct form to provide the details of your project - ** All projects must be submitted with a 2-3 week design timeline in order to allow enough time to schedule and complete your project.

  • We will create an estimate for your approval - Our Project Manager and Design Team will review your form and let you know if your project can be completed in the timeframe you state on your request and we will provide an estimate for your approval.

  • Approve estimate, pay 60% deposit - Once you approve of the estimate we will convert it to an invoice and request a 60% deposit of the total amount up front in order to add your project to our design queue. Once your project has been completed we will adjust the invoice up or down depending on how many actual hours the project took to complete.

  • Design- Our design team will create your design and we will load a proof of the completed project to a shared Google Drive folder for your feedback and approval. Once any edits have been completed (3 proofs are included, any additional will be subject to our hourly design rate) we will re-submit the invoice for final payment - updated if needed.

  • Project Completion -  Once payment has been received we will upload the final, full resolution files to your Google Drive folder.


* If you have a coupon code for a design promotion - make sure to put it in the notes field of your form so we include it in the estimate for your design.
